We have changed CityHost.com website after numorous complaints for how to contact support. Please make sure all support requests are sent from your control panel account so it gets to the proper person. New Pricing, plans and features! Since GroupHosting took over CityHost a few years ago we never updated the website with all the new contact info. We apologize for this and hope the new site reflects how Group Hosting does business to provide the best possible support for our clients.

This past weekend we upgraded windows and linux server with the latest OS patches. There was a critical linux kernel update out so we did the upgrade without notification so we could secure our servers before adverstising "Hey we are vulnerable".  Everything is up to date and the only downtime was a server reboot which lastest less then 2 minutes.

You can now register many new top level domains through the control panel. We have added the following TLD's:

All linux and windows servers had os updates applied over the weekend. Normally we would give advanced notice of this but seeing there were a few security issues released recently we went ahead under emergency upgrade procedures.  Everything applied fine and linux servers only seen a reboot where windows servers had a couple reboots.  If you have any questions feel free to email support.
